Unusual Home Remedy For Neck Wrinkles

Thursday, 23 October 2014

We are ready to take all kinds of special measures to get rid of those. We apply anti-aging creams and lotion, take dermatologists' help and read all kinds of beauty advice columns to get rid of wrinkles and reduce their appearance. But what we forget is that wrinkles appear on other parts of our body as well especially on our neck! So what happens is that we manage to reduce wrinkles in our face but the wrinkles in our neck remain in place making us look older than we actually are. But it can be avoided some very basic home remedies for wrinkled neck. Do them diligently and you will have not only a youthful face but a plain wrinkle free neck as well.

Exfoliation Scrub Made Of Sugar
When you exfoliate your skin, you remove surface layers of the skin where dead skin cells, dirt, impurities and excess oil accumulate. The same happens to your neck. If you don't apply any home remedies for wrinkled neck in time, these dead skin cells will make the neck look much wrinkled and dry than it actually is. But do the exfoliation as gently as possible so that you don't scrape or hurt the skin. The best scrub you can get in your home is sugar. The granules in sugar are small and rounded making them perfect to buff off dead skin cells but without harming your skin. To make the sugar glide easily on your neck, combine it with other substances like honey and massage in onto your skin with slow circular motion. Keep it for five minutes and then rinse off with warm water. Do this exfoliation only once a week and not more.

Acidic Compresses

One of the great home remedies for wrinkled neck is acidic compresses. By applying products that are rich in vitamin C to your neck, you will not only tighten and tone the neck skin, but will also boost the skin there to produce new skin cells. Look into citric juices like lime or lemon juice to get hold of a source of Vitamin C. After exfoliation the skin, apply this citric juice with a small washcloth to your neck. Keep the juice-soaked cloth on the neck for the next 10 to 15 minutes by which time, the skin around the neck will be rejuvenated by the acids and vitamin C in the juice. You can do this up to three times a day.

Neck Mask Of Olive Oil

The next step to your home remedies for wrinkled skin involves a mask made of olive oil. After you have sufficiently exfoliated your neck skin and applied the acidic compress to it, now hydrate your neck with an emollient oil to make sure you skin is soft but not with clogged pores. Since the times of ancient Greek and Romans, olive oil has been the moisturizing agent for us and is still best to play this role. It will keep you neck skin supple and moist and just a dime-size is enough for that. All you have to do is massage this oil deeply onto your neck and let it be absorbed by the skin. As the nutritional value of olive oil is quite high, use it as many times as you want on your skin depending on your need.

The good news is that you don't need to spend a lot of money on gimmicks in order to remove blackheads. The first rule is to cleanse your face with a non drying (soap free) cleanser.b The reason you want a non-drying face wash is because if your skin is dry it will actually produce more oil or sebum, which leads to more blackheads, whiteheads, pimples and acne. a non drying sensitive face wash or cleanser  will help wash away excess oil and dead skin particles. You can also use a gentle (and we mean gentle) exfoliant, which will help remove old skin cells, and increase skin renewal which will help your skin become blackhead free.

5 Steps to Eliminate Your Blackheads from Home

Wednesday, 30 October 2013

For most adults and teens, blackheads seem to be the worst type of acne, because unlike whiteheads, you just can't pop them. Blackheads are called open comedones. They appear on your skin as dark formations, due to an accumulated mixture of oil and skin cells present in blocked pores. Although blackheads make your skin look horrible, you should never squeeze or pluck blackheads. This can cause bacterial infections and worsen your acne. So what can you do to eliminate your blackheads? If you have already seen a dermatologist, and tried most acne products, such as Proactiv with little success, here are some home remedies and natural things you can do to drastically reduce your blackheads.

Step 1: Steam Your Face or Body Everyday to Remove Blackheads. You do not need to buy an expensive steamer or a machine. To steam your face, run some hot water. Then, take a cloth and place it the water. Make sure the water is not too hot. Slowly twist the cloth to remove excess water. Place the cloth on your face for 5 to 10 minutes. Follow with a good exfoliating scrub. Beauty 4 Ashes makes a great chest and back acne body scrub and a great facial acne scrub that is extremely effective at eliminating blackheads anywhere on your body. It's all natural and doesn't contain any harsh chemicals that will burn or irritate sensitive skin. Find it at wwwdiscoverb4acom. Another quick way to steam your face is to place a bowl of water in the microwave for three minutes, being careful to only fill your bowl less than half way full with water. After warming the water, place your face over the bowl for 10 seconds. Repeat this three times. Following with an exfoliating acne facial scrub. If the blackheads are on your body, after steaming, but before exfoliating with a scrub, run a warm bath and pour Epsom salt in the bath water to loosen your blackheads.

Step 2: Make a homemade blackhead body scrub. All you need is baking soda, dead sea salt, and water. Take 1 teaspoon of dead sea salt, which is renowned for its healing powers, and mix it with 4 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of water. In order for this to work, you are going to need a back brush to scrub your back with the paste.

Step 3: Do not use adhesive removal facial strips, because they can irritate the skin and cause more harm than good, even ripping the outer layer of skin without replenishing it with any blackhead fighting ingredients.

Step 4: Clean your face twice daily to eliminate excess oil and dirt. When washing your face, use a tea tree based cleanser. Tea tree is an extremely effective natural remedy that eliminates bacteria that cause blackheads. Be careful not to use acne products that contain alcohol or benzoyl peroxide. They only dry the face, and you actually need to train your skin to balance it's production of oil for acne to disappear. Benzoyl peroxide and alcohols only leave your face rough and susceptible to cracking, peeling, and irritation.

Step 5: Make a Oatmeal Facial Mask for your Blackheads. Using natural products to fight your blackhead battle is your best option. To make the blackhead facial mask, mix 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and three tablespoons of aloe vera juice. Give yourself a Blackhead facial once per week for at least 1 to 2 months and you will notice results-By Natalieb.

Top most Tips To Prevent Chest Wrinkles

Friday, 25 October 2013

Women are more predisposed to the appearance of chest wrinkles than men. That is because the skin on the chest is thin and fragile. It is susceptible to the effects of aging.

It is important to fight the skin aging process daily. The following are some of the tips that can help prevent the appearance of chest wrinkles:

1. If you are a side sleeper, use a chest pad. Side sleepers often experience this skin problem. That is because the skin on this part of the body gets compressed by the upper and the lower shoulders. The compressed structure leads to the weakening of dermis tissues.

Side sleepers should consider using chest pads to keep the skin strong and resilient. These are available in the skin care market. You can stick it to your chest right before going to sleep. If not, you can train yourself to sleep on your back.

2. Always keep your chest skin hydrated. Apply a moisturizer loaded with anti aging ingredients and sun protection. Most women forget to moisturize their neck and chest. The face is often the focus of concentration.

Use a moisturizer loaded with CynergyTK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano Lipobelle HEQ10. CynergyTK can help boost collagen production. It infuses functional keratin to the dermis. This is a kind of complex protein responsible for the regeneration of collagen and elastin dermis tissues.

Phytessence Wakame is the type of sea kelp that works in removing harmful enzymes. These enzymes tend to attack hyaluronic acid. This is the acid that supplies moisture to collagen proteins.

Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 is an antioxidant with smaller molecular structure. As an antioxidant, it can fight harmful free radicals. But because of its small molecular structure, it can penetrate deeper into the skin to get rid of more harmful free radicals.

3. Try using avocado mask. Avocado is one of the best natural remedies for wrinkles. Wrinkles are often caused by excessive exposure to the sun's UV rays. The components of avocado can help correct skin damages caused by cumulative sun exposure. This also contains nutrients that can spruce up the core functions of your skin.

4. Try using copper peptides serum. Copper peptides help in the production of collagen. We have an intrinsic supply of copper peptides. But as we get older, this declines. You can infuse copper peptides and bring back the natural elasticity of your chest skin. You can also increase your intake of foods rich in copper. This can be found in green leafy vegetables, legumes and nuts.By
