Unwanted hair on face, hands, legs and armpits is a major problem for many women.Hormonal imbalance, use of contraceptives, pollution, post-pregnancy effects, irregular periods, etc, are some of the reasons behind an abnormal hair growth in women. The two essential ingredients required in this process are Thanaka and Kusuma Oil. Thanaka - Generally found in Myanmar, Burma, Thanaka is herbal cosmetic paste which is yellowish- white in color , made from ground bark. This is basically safflower oil which has remarkable medicinal benefits. In Ayurveda, there is a specific way of removing unwanted hair. A periodical repetition of this procedure for at least 3 months can permanently remove hair in the unwanted areas and leave your skin with a natural and beautiful glow. 

While the continuous usage cosmetic products and other chemical formulations may sometimes causes dryness, irritations and other discomforts , Ayurveda can only leave a glowing and clear skin which is soft, smooth and radiant. Simply steps in which you can magically get rid of unattractive hair growth.

In Ayurveda, Kusum Oil - Thanaka Combination is always used for its cosmetic significance. A mixture of Thanaka and kusum oil helps in getting rid of unwanted hair from the skin. In addition to hair-removing benefits, regular application of kusum oil and thanaka is a guaranteed way to make your skin appear soft and supple. 

Grind and make a thick paste of Thanaka and Kusuma oil. Clean the parts where you are going to apply and dry for some time. Gently apply and massage the paste in circular motion until it gets soaked in the open hair pores. Let it dry for three hours. Then wash off with luke warm water. Repeat this procedure for 100 days at a stretch. You will be really amazed to see the results!
