Natural remedy for Cystic Acne

Sunday, 22 November 2015

Acne can really ruin your day! Imagine waking up one day to discover that you have this massive pimple on your cheek - how are you supposed to walk around with confidence when your pimple is all you can think about. It stands out like a sore thumb and you are sure that everyone is looking straight at it.

Cystic acne is one of the severe forms of acne and contains a whitish/yellow pus. If you search the internet you will find 100's of ways to get rid of acne but not so many suggestions for a cystic acne natural remedy!

A cystic acne natural remedy plan that works!

There are 3 things that you can be doing that will dramatically improve your skin - naturally!

1. Clean Your Digestive System

Your bowel needs to be clean regularly and there are many options available to do this from your natural food store. If you would prefer, your doctor is also able to help you with this.

2. Healthy Lifestyle

This includes your eating, sleeping and exercise. How can you expect your skin to clear if you are not giving it the best environment to do so. When it comes to eating, try to stick with as much non processed, natural food as possible. The more processed it is the harder your body finds to digest.

Your skins rejuvenation's and repair time is when you sleep. If you are not getting 8 or more hours sleep each night you are not allowing your skin enough time to heal itself and you will find that your skin will probably continue to get worse.

Sweat releases toxins from your body and is a great cystic acne natural remedy. Make sure you are exercising once a day whether that be jobbing, swimming or even a nice brisk walk.

PLUS... drink plenty of water! Water help flush toxins out of your body.

3. Stay Happy

Stress causes acne, so the more you think about it, most likely the more you will get. Look at the positives, focus on improving your style and appearance so that people focus on that instead of your skin. Learn to love yourself and let your body be its own cystic acne natural remedy! 3 Simple Home Remedies for Thrush

More and more thrush victims are discovering the benefits of using natural remedies for thrush instead of drug-based medications. Here, you'll discover why this is, plus, three simple home remedies for thrush that are very popular and effective. First though, let's look at the cause of thrush...

Thrush symptoms are caused by the 'overgrowth' of the Candida albicans fungus that naturally occurs in our bodies. Luckily our good bacteria normally keeps the nasty Candida fungus under control so that it doesn't usually do us any harm.

But there are underlying issues that can change all that and allow the fungus to grow into an infection. It's these that are the root causes of thrush (yeast infection). The major root causes are; depletion of your friendly bacteria, a lowered immune system, hormonal imbalance, drugs, and high blood sugar levels.

Mainstream Thrush Remedies

Usually women and men go to the pharmacy and buy over-the-counter drug-based medications in the form of creams, etc. You can also get prescription-based drugs too. And these can work quite well in getting rid of the thrush symptoms.

But they don't address the root cause(s) so that what many sufferers find is that their thrush can return. This happens to about 50% of thrush sufferers. So people are increasingly using natural remedies for thrush.

Natural Remedies for Thrush

Here are 3 simple home remedies for thrush that you can try...

Natural Remedy #1

Use raw garlic which has great antifungal properties. Eating garlic every day helps to address the Candida in your gut. For the local symptoms crush a peeled clove into a smooth paste and apply over the area. Internally, you can make a garlic tampon by wrapping a peeled clove in muslin or similar cloth. Leave it in overnight.

Natural Remedy #2

Natural yogurt is very popular. Unsweetened yogurt with no additives like fruit or coloring contains beneficial bacteria that can help to keep the Candida fungus under control. So eat a tub every day to add good bacteria into your gut. And, as with garlic, you can use it locally too. Just coat the local area. You can also coat a regular tampon with the yogurt and insert overnight.

Natural Remedy #3

Tea tree oil is a natural antiseptic. Bathe in a warm, low bath that has two or three drops of tea tree oil mixed in it. Some people find that it can sting a bit. If it stings too much then just rinse the area with cold water until the stinging goes away. Don't continue with this particular natural remedy. John Cielo

Natural Remedies for Bad Breath

A person is said to be suffering from bad breath when his breath gives a disagreeable odor. It can occur frequently and may be long lasting, depending on the cause. The culprits that give rise to this problem are the millions of bacteria that live inside the mouth or chiefly on the back of the tongue. The scientific reason given is that they are caused by the breakdown of proteins caused by the bacteria inside the mouth. There are many natural remedies to fight bad breath.

The easiest and simplest remedy is to scrape your tongue or clean your tongue through debridement. This can be done by a tongue scraper. Care should be taken that the tongue scraper used is flexible to follow the contours of the mouth yet has rippled or ridges to do an efficient job. Doing it twice a day will definitely remove the majority of evil- smelling debris, food and also the bacterial residue formed in the mouth.

The mint leaves is an effective and inexpensive natural remedy for the problem of bad breath. Chewing a few mint leaves will soon help to clean up the breath and help to create a good odor in the mouth. Most of the mouth fresheners have mint in them as they are known for their medicinal properties.

Gargling with baking soda dissolved in warm water is also a good natural remedy and it can also be used for cleaning the tongue. In olden days, people who were suffering from bad breath were given a hot cup of unsweetened tea and it is still famous as an effective natural remedy for bad breath.

Chewing sunflower seeds is considered as a good remedy as it has medicinal properties to kill the bacteria breeding inside the mouth. After a meal, chewing some sunflower seeds and drinking a glass of water has proved to be a good natural remedy for bad breath time and again.

Yogurt which is a storehouse of goodness is also considered to be a good natural remedy for bad breath. Continuous intake of yogurt for six weeks has proved to give good results in decreasing the bad odor produced in the mouth and in some cases have helped to eliminate the problem completely from its root.

In conclusion, there are some simple and natural remedies that are very effective and inexpensive. A tea made from fenugreek is given for people who are suffering from bad breath. The kitchen queen, cloves also have properties to eliminate this problem. A diplomatic way followed by people for letting a victim of bad breath know his problem is by offering mints or sugarless gums! Chris Cornell

Here are some of the most popular home remedies for toe nail fungus:

Soaking your feet and mouthwash, hydrogen peroxide and any other type of solution must be done on daily basis. Using methods such as these can take months to get rid of the fungus.

How to get rid of dark circle under eyes permanently?

Sunday, 27 October 2013

Dark circles are not a medical concern, but they can be very annoying and embarrassing. Almost everyone gets dark circles under eyes at some time or the other, and they are usually temporary. They are the second highest dermatological problem.

Dark circles are socially very embarrassing – they make a person look older, tired, stressed and even depressed.

Causes of dark circles –

A common misconception is that fatigue is usually the most common cause of dark circles.

1. Instead, the most common cause is nasal congestion. When our nose is congested, veins that usually drain from the eyes into the nose become dilated and darker.

2. Eyelid swelling during sleep is another cause of under eye circles. While lying down, gravity causes fluid to collect in the lower eyelids, creating the appearance of shadows below eyes.

3. Can result from chronic skin conditions, such as atopic eczema.

4. Dark circles can also be an inherited tendency – one of the primary causes

5. Dark circles can result due to the natural aging process.

6. Lack of sleep is another factor that is not really a cause, but makes them more apparent.

7. Other causes include factors, which damage the skin, such as too much ultraviolet A (UVA) light or smoking.

8. Pregnancy and menstruation make our skin pale. Many people associate dark circles with hormones -
but dark circles are a non-hormonal problem.

9. Allergies cause dark circles as histamine reactions cause dark smudges to appear under the eyes

10. Lack of vitamins can cause dark circles under the eyes.

Treatment and prevention -

Treatment for severe under eye circles is directed at the underlying cause, if known, and may include bleaching agents and laser therapy.

However, the best way to prevent dark circles under the eyes is to eat right, drink plenty of water and sleep well. Reduce stress and combat tiredness.

Various beauty products claim to have amazing remedial services on tired eyes. Over-the-counter cosmetics may help diminish dark circles under eyes. Try out skin creams that contain vitamin C or K, alpha hydroxy acid and kinetin.

However, you can cleverly camouflage the dark circles with a light-reflecting concealer - which helps because it contains titanium powder, which reflects light across the dark area. Choose a concealer that is a shade lighter than your foundation. In addition, if your circles are very dark, go 2 shades lighter.
Cosmetic surgery to remove dark circles under the eyes =
Some cosmetic techniques involve using lasers to stimulate the deep collagen layers in the skin, thus rejuvenating the skin's surface to remove dark circles.
Laser treatment can thicken the skin by increasing collagen production, so you are less likely to see vein around the eyes.

A procedure known as blepheroplasty actually removes skin under the eyes and draws the remaining skin taut to help get rid of bags. This expensive process requires recovery time and does have some risks involved. This technique, however does not addresses the cause of dark circles under the eyes.

Some simple Home remedies get rid of Dark circles under the eyes -

Home remedies cannot remove dark circles permanently, but they provide short-term, inexpensive solutions that can help diminish the dark circles.

1) Mix a little almond powder with milk cream and massage the mixture around your eyes before going to bed. This is useful Home Remedy for Dark Circles under Eyes.

2) Slices of cucumber or potato can be used to reduce circles around the eyes. Close your eyes and cover your eyelids with a thin slice for up to twenty minutes. This soothes tired eyes and increases the circulation to the skin around the eyes.

3) One can also apply a little cucumber juice to the area. You could even grate the potato, wrap it in thin cloth and place it over the eyes. Make sure to wash the area thoroughly afterwards and apply a little cream or oil around the eyes to moisturize the area. This is another good Home Remedy for Dark Circles under Eyes

4) Detoxing the body helps in certain cases. This involves fasting for short periods of time, but continue to take in plenty of water. Cut out all the unhealthy foods that are a regular part of your diet. Give up alcohol, caffeine, sugary drinks, fatty and sugary food, smoking, etc.

5) Dab a little lemon or tomato juice in to the darkened areas two or three times a day. Be very careful not to let the juice in to your eyes. This is also useful Home Remedy for Dark Circles under Eyes.

6) Soak a couple of tea bags in clean, cold water for a few minutes, squeeze out the excess water and place them over your eyes. Keep them there for ten minutes or so.

7) Buy some Vitamin E supplements in capsule form. Carefully break open the capsule and squeeze the gel on to your finger. Gently and carefully, rub the gel around your eyes.

8) Squeeze the juice from a cucumber and cool it in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Add a little lemon juice and lanolin cream. Apply around the eyes for up to twenty minutes. Wash off carefully. This is useful to get rid of Dark Circles.Dr James Sameul hereby gave his guidances to deal with this dark circle around eyes effectively.

Ways To Stop Acne! - Definitely useful

Sunday, 31 March 2013

Ask anyone what acne is and you'll likely be told it is something you get on the face. Now ask what is "involved" with acne, and you'll likely hear it includes, pimples, spots, boils, cysts, white-heads and blackheads. While this is partly right, acne is not restricted to the face alone, it can occur on the neck, chest, shoulders, upper arms and back. As for pimples, spots, boils, cysts, white-heads and blackheads - that about sums it up!

Acne is a harmless disease that involves the oil glands of the skin, nonetheless, a serious episode of acne can leave ugly scars. As of yet no particular cause is highlighted why acne happens, however, rising androgen levels is a popular one and of which commonly affects adolescents. Increasing androgen levels make oil glands beneath the skin grow; the enlarged gland creates more oil. An overload of sebum can break down cellular walls in the pores allowing bacteria to breed. Some experts agree, susceptibility to acne is genetic, while medications containing androgen and lithium being another cause. Other, are oily cosmetics and hormone changes during pregnancy.

Pimple Types: White-heads (small and stay beneath the skin.) Blackheads (appear on the skin's surface.) Papules (small bumps, usually pink.) Pustules (normally they are red at the base with pus filled heads.) Nobules (large hard pimples, sometimes sore and embedded deep in the skin.) Cysts (filled with pus, often painful.)

Skin tips to help prevent and treat acne

1. Is it bad for skin regardless of acne or not to wash more than necessary? With constant scrubbing you run risk of taking heads off pimples and infection. It is not good to wash often without cause, and neither is it good to use cleaning agents and cosmetics not made for your skin type. This can further trouble the skin, bringing more spots, oil and irritation.

2. Don't shock the skin with boiling hot or freezing cold water. Warm water is a safer option along with soap specially created for treating acne.

3. Everyone knows not to squeeze pimples, and yet most people do. Resist the urge to squeeze if you're to prevent inflamed red skin and scarring. Another reason not to burst boils or pimples, other than infection... what if it's neither! Fingernails are the worst offenders for tearing skin. Don't chance making the acne worse, because torn skin is an open invitation to infection.

4. Use antiseptic wipes to clean things you touch. For example: Telephone, comb and glasses etc.' But I'm clean, this is absurd,' oh no it's not! How many times throughout the day after coming in contact with pimples, do you then use these things without washing your hands... exactly! It is very possible that sebum and skin residue remain on them. A couple of seconds is all it takes to wipe them clean to remove grime.

5. Skin needs to breathe. If the body is covered in acne wear loose garments. Headbands, caps and scarves are best left out of the wardrobe. If they're something you need to wear, make sure they are washed regular.

6. Never go to bed without removing makeup. Choose nonceomedogenic or nonacnegenic products. Oily products clog pores, so a no go.

7. Choose a hairstyle that sweeps the hair off the face. Hair collects sebum and skin residue.

8. Too much sun can cause skin to produce more sebum. Protect skin accordingly.

9. Vitamins A, C and E, zinc, and plenty of water helps maintain healthy skin.

10. Medicated ointments containing benzoyl peroxide work well on mild acne, this is because the antibacterial and skin peeling actions take levels of bacteria down and unblock pores.

11. Medication containing active ingredients, such as benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid, and adabalene is likely to come prescribed from a dermatologist for treating badly infected skin. Depending on severity, other treatments are oral or topical antibiotics (erythromyocin and tetracycline) that fight growth of bacteria and reduce inflammation.

12. Pimples not responding to simple treatments, see a doctor for antibiotics.

If you can't help picking spots and squeezing blackheads, knowing full well the outcome if it goes wrong - at least protect the skin the best you can throughout the process.

didn't stopped telling all the above things but wants us to wash hands first. Don't use too much pressure to squeeze blackheads to unblock sebaceous glands. Exert pressure and you risk scarring. Control the aggressive need to be rid of the pimple, because if you puncture the skin through force, you now have an open wound rather than a mere nick in the skin.

20 Acne Home Remedies Divided by Skin Type

"Acne Home Remedies For Fair Skin"

Mixing Baking Soda W/ Water: The most generic, though effective of acne home remedies. The baking soda uses an all-natural alcohol free method of drying up the excess sebum under the skin. Mix a cup of baking soda with a little water until it becomes a paste, apply to the infected spot (not the whole face). Leave on for 15 minutes and gently wipe off. Feel fabulous.

Get Smelly, Mush Up Some Acne Home Remedies w/ Garlic: Ready to wreak? The very effective method is a powerhouse in acne treatment. Peel back a clove of garlic, chop it up till its a mush, then apply to whole face for 20 minutes. Remember to wash it off, unless you like the smell of garlic.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Water Solution: Ouch! This one might leave a little sting if your not careful. If your skin is sensitive be sure to dilute the vinegar with water appropriately. This is one of my favorite acne home remedies because it's so strong and gets to work pretty darn fast. Apple cider vinegar is a strong astringent packed with skin protecting vitamins. To use, mix with water and apply with a cotton swab. Don't rinse.

The Orange Peel Facial: Time to smell daringly citric! It's the most fruity of our acne home remedies. Peel the orange, flatten it with a tenderizing utensil or other blunt object (surprisingly, even a hammer works) and apply the peel to your acne area. (You can even go as far as taping it on your face). Leave on for 20 minutes and remove. Be careful not to snatch the tape off too fast. Ouch!

Combining Aspirin and Water: Headache pills for the face? I've never tried this one myself but I'm hearing it's very powerful so I wouldn't over-do it. To use, crush an aspirin and add a little water until it becomes a paste. Apply the paste to a single pimple spot only and let it sit overnight. Rinse at wake.

Tomato Juices Work Wonders: Tomato juice anyone? For this home remedy take a tomato and place it in the blender or chop and squeeze. If you decide to use a blender for your acne home remedies, make sure you clean it thoroughly beforehand. This way, you wouldn't have any leftover residues from last weeks chocolate shake sitting on your face. Apply the juices for an hour then rinse off. But be warned, frequent use of tomato juice will dry out your skin. Try other acne home remedies from time to time.

Green Tea Ice Cube: Got spare green tea lying around? If you do, then you got one acne's greatest home remedies. Freeze green tea into an ice cube and apply to a specific spot. Use until swelling decreases or it melts away.

The Lemony Rose Water Supreme Combo: Combining these 2 deadly acne killers will definitely thwart the competition (no pun intended). To use, mix a half cup of rosewater with a quarter of lemon juice and apply to infected area. The rosewater will repair damaged skin and the astringent will suck up excess sebum. The ideal acne fighting tag-team.

Break an Egg, Clear a Face: Egg whites are the perfect facial cleansers and make pretty strong acne home remedies. To keep the acne away, break an egg, separate the white from the yolk, apply to whole face and feel your skin tighten. Wash away in an hour and feel refreshed! Or just really eggy.

Green Tea Ice Cube: For this method, you get to eat the majority of the strawberry, and the best part is strawberries are really good for you! Eat the berry part, save the crown part and apply to infected area. After 20 minutes rinse and relax. Like my orange peel strategy, you can feel free to use tape.

Potato Slice Plain and Simple: Potato slices work wonders. Slice one, hold it on your face for as long as you want and enjoy. You can leave it on all day if you wish. Cant have too many potato's. Simple acne home remedies personified!

The Surefire Clay Mask: Well I saved the best of my acne home remedies for last and for a good reason. I have heard umpteen absolutely uplifting stories about these things and I'm fully convinced that these masks are the best solution to getting rid of acne overnight. If you need clay, visit Mountains Rose Herbs and do a search for "clay" - It cost $4.95 a pound, (a good bargain cheaper than most acne products you can buy over the counter). To apply, take one TSP of clay and mix it with water until it becomes a paste. Then apply to infected spot and leave on as long as you want. Use for overnight is best.

"Acne Home Remedies For Dryer Skins"

Stir up some avocado and honey: My best choice for a homemade moisturizing mix. Mash up some avocado, add some honey to make a paste, and apply to infected area. Do not overdo the honey. To much honey will lead to clogged pores. Apply to face and wash off in 20 minutes. Avoid rubbing in.

Olive Oil Absorption: As with all skin moisturizing agents be careful of applying too much and doing more harm than good. Take a table-spoon, dilute with a very little bit of water, and apply to infected area. Let sit for 20 minutes and pat dry. Simple acne home remedies at it's finest.

Astringent Honey Powerhouse Combination: Honey tends to work miracles as a natural skin rejuvenator. Combine that with any astringent and you got an acne fighter. Use any astringent I've recommended in this post and you should be fine. Just remember to wash your dosage. Apply for 15 minutes and enjoy.

"Acne Home Remedies For Oily Skins"

Lemon Juice Suction: This one is for those fiery, tough chicks. Lemon Juice is the most potent of all Acne Home Remedies and especially effective on oily skins. Slice a lemon in half, squeeze out its juices and apply it to face using a cotton swab. Be wary, as burning and bleaching of the skin may occur if you over-do it.

The Solution More Powerful than Lemon Juice Alone: This one is for the daredevils. This will result in a super sucker solution that's almost a surefire way to get rid of that pimple. But as with all acne home remedies, with great risk comes great reward. Be careful of burning and bleaching of the skin. Same as before chop lemon in half, squeeze juices and add salt to the mixture. Apply to face and enjoy. As with most acne home remedies, remember to rinse after 10 minutes.

Just a Little Bit of Baby Powder: On the contrary many argue that baby powder outright destroys your skin. Which it can if your not careful. So unless your absolutely sure you can apply the necessary amount, don't bother. Add a very small amount of baby powder with a little water to make a slightly moist paste and apply to spots. Do not rub in or your risk blocking your pores and making the problem worse.

Toothpaste for the face: A classic example on everyone's acne home remedies list. It's simple and dangerously effective. All you have to do is dab a quarter size amount of toothpaste and let the astringent properties eat through your pimple. Tips for this one? Only one, stay away from gel toothpastes.

A Simple Wipe-Off Might Do The Trick: This is the only entry I wont consider to be an acne home remedy but, its so effective and inexpensive, I decided it would make a perfect addition to this list. C&C Oil wipes do a spectacular job of ridding your face of those nasty excess oil reserves I talked about earlier, and I constantly get reviews from readers who can vouch for them. If you have oily skin I urge you to pick some of these things up ASAP. They just might be what you need to manage your pimple production, on demand.Steven E Love wrote this article.

10 Weight Loss Tips To A Thinner You

Wednesday, 13 March 2013

Here are some weight loss tips that you can use to get started. Pick a few to help you get started. Making these small changes won’t help you shed the pounds very fast but if you are consistent you will see the extra weight come off over time. I would suggest that at the beginning of each week you read through the weight loss tips and chose one more that you can add to your life.

1.Eat Breakfast. This might be the best weight loss tip out there. If you eat a healthy breakfast it tells your body to wake up and your metabolism to get a move on.

2.Don’t let yourself get to starving. This leads to over eating. Pack single serve snacks like almonds to ward off any hunger pangs. This helps you avoid buying a bag of something that you will eat all of.

3.Drink a glass of water when you think you are hungry. Sometimes our body confuses thirst with hunger.

4.Don’t put all of the food on the table. Use a buffet style serving so that you have to get up to get more food. This makes you think twice about second helpings rather than mindlessly grabbing another chicken leg.

5.Sit down and use a plate to eat. This kind of goes with weight loss tip number 4 but I thought it needed restated. It is easy to consume a large amount of calories standing at the kitchen counter without feeling like you have had a meal.

6.Eat a salad once a day. This is not potato salad people! A small lettuce salad with minimal dressing is a good addition to any meal.

7.Don’t measure your food, configure your plate. If you want to have a healthy balance on your dinner plate fill half of your plate with a green salad and raw veggies. Use a spray dressing like vinaigrette for calorie control. Fill one quarter of your plate with a cooked vegetable and one quarter of your plate with your meat or protein dish. No measuring and no calorie counting. You will get a balanced meal every time. Just don’t go back for seconds.

8.Drink cold water. Make sure you are staying well hydrated. If your body isn’t getting enough fluids it will hold on to the ones you are giving it which will result in water retention. When your water is cold you burn a few more calories to warm it up.

9.Get your move on. If you don’t like to exercise then don’t. However, you need to get to moving. Go for a walk or better yet, put on your favorite tunes and dance, dance, dance. Don’t worry if you look silly. If you have little kids have them join you and you will be the hit of the party.

10.Think positive thoughts and give yourself compliments. Don’t let yourself have a negative attitude. You probably have enough of that in your life that you don’t need to add to it. Leave yourself positive notes on your mirror, inside the fridge and on your sun visor. You got this! You are worth the effort! Never give up!

Again, these weight loss tips won’t make the weight fall off quickly but sometimes slow and steady wins the race.
